How to obtain a quote for flight, Tours, Insurance or other Travel related Services?

You can send a request through by filling in the enquiry form. The basic details needed are the Origin and destination, name and number of the person to contact, and the number of passengers travelling including number of child and infant passengers. You can add in your requirements in the details box. When you hit the send button we receive your request and we will be able to get back to you with the quote at the earliest. How do I confirm my booking?

Once we receive your request, we will call or email you to advise the quote. Once you are satisfied with the quote we will confirm your booking and email you the confirmation. It is your responsibility to check all the details such as the name, travel date, restriction on the ticket, before confirming to issue the ticket. We will email you the account details and the total amount to be paid. Once payment is made it is advisable to notify the payment by either email or by text. It is again your responsibility to make sure the ticket is received once after the payment is made.
Before travel it is advisable to reconfirm your timings of the flight at least 72 hours prior to departure for any schedule changes made to the flight. You may call the respective airline in the country you are in to check the same. We advise you to provide us with contact details of any countries you are voluntarily stopping and the destination countries so that we may pass it to the airline for them to contact you and updating of any schedule changes to the flight.

How to make changes to the booking or cancellation of the flight?

Most of the tickets issued are non-refundable but changes permitted for a fee, plus any fare or tax difference if any. In some tickets date change is also not possible even with penalty. You may confirm with consultant before purchase of the ticket. We will charge a service fee for book keeping and time and service offered on top of the Airline change fee. Also in cases where refund is allowed there will also be service fee charged and retention of the commission given on top of the airline refund charges. No cancellation or date changes made over the phone. You may send a request through email and follow up of the same by calling us to make sure the request is received. How is payment made?

Payment can be made by the following methods:
• Bank Transfer – make sure to email or text the copy of the payment receipt to notify of the payment. Notification is to be made on the same day the payment is made. We will not be held responsible for un-ticketed booking being cancelled or unable to honor the fare due to failure to notify us of the payment.
• Credit Card – Both Visa and Master card incurs 1.5% Credit card surcharge

How early to arrive at the Airport?

It is recommended to report at the counter at least 3 hours before departure for most international flights. The counter closes atleast
